Questions our customers ask most
Most phone screen and battery jobs are completed same day. Laptops typically take 24–48 hours. Data recovery and board-level work is quoted with a clear ETA after diagnostics.
Yes — every repair is covered by a written 6-month parts-and-labour warranty. Accidental damage, water exposure and unrelated faults are not covered.
We never browse your data. We always recommend a backup before any repair. Our data-recovery jobs are handled in a controlled environment with chain-of-custody logs.
Where possible, yes. Where not available, we use premium aftermarket components — and we always disclose the grade in writing before starting the job.
No fix, no fee on standard diagnostics. If a repair turns out to be uneconomic, we'll tell you straight and help with data migration to a replacement device.
